Boxing Class
Join us and learn the art of boxing while burning over 1000 calories per class. Our classes consist of full-body workouts that incorporate boxing while providing mitt-work in every session. At Fitnesscoach Boxing Class you don’t just get a great workout, you will learn how to box! Boxing as a fitness activity enables the average person athletic skills, all without having to take a punch. Our Boxing Coach Nelu Stoian
Nelu is a coach with over 30 years of experience in boxing as an athlete, trainer and afterwards teacher. With an international experience in Europe (Romania, France, Holland, Luxembourg, Belgium) at all levels, he will advise and offer you training's tailored to your requirements: Boxing skills, security, stress management, technique, physical training and fun!

Tuesdays from 7.00 to 8.00 p.m.
Ongoing course in a small group.
